ILLUMINATION FOUNDATION

ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH CARE AGENCY

The Orange County Health Care Agency runs a number of clinics and other health related resources for those in need. Call 800-364-2221.

FAMILIES FORWARD

Families Forward exists to help families in need achieve and maintain self-sufficiency through housing, food, counseling, education, and other support services. Call (949) 552-2727 or visit www.families-forward.org.

FAMILY ASSISTANCE MINISTRIES

Family Assistance Ministries is a faith-based charitable non-profit organization assisting those in need in Orange County with resources for food, shelter, and personalized supportive counsel and aid, helping clients bridge the gap from dependency to self-sufficiency. MERCY HOUSE

SOUTH COUNTY OUTREACH

South County Outreach supports people without homes through housing, rapid rehousing, rent and utility assistance, a food panty, a computer learning lab, and a number of other services geared towards homelessness prevention. Call (949) 380-8144 or visit www.sco-oc.org

Friendship Shelter

Friendship Shelter provides year-round shelter and rehabilitation to homeless adults. They follow the housing first and harm reduction models of care, and have worked with more than 10,000 people to end their homelessness. South Orange County Family Resource Center
